RETURNS:

DO YOU WANT TO RETURN AN ORDER?

To start the return process, you have to notify us within 7 days of you receiving your order by -We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 30 Days of purchase for a Refund or an Exchange.

- Goods sold on Sale will not be Return or Exchanged, how ever if the product is defected we will surely consider for Exchange.
- Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
- Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our HEADOFFICE address.
- All returns should be sent to Bespoken, Ibrahim Masjid Road, Gajju Matta, Lahore.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded or exchanged.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be refunded or exchanged.
- Refund requests will be processed within 10-12 Business days after receiving the returned products. We can only entertain a return if you have received a damaged product.
