Return & Exchange

- We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 30 Days of purchase for a Refund or an Exchange.

- Goods sold on Sale will not be Returned or Exchanged, however, if the product is defective we will surely consider for Refund and Exchange.

- Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post at their own expense to our HEADOFFICE address.

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/SMS OR call you to notify you that we have received your returned items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

-In case of exchange we will send you a fresh product and we will make sure it is as per your requirements. You will have to pay delivery charges if there is a size exchange.

- If your refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed and you will get the refund through Easy Paisa or Bank Transfer. Please note that it might take up to 10-12 Business days for refund completion because of approvals from accounts departments, banks, and other formalities.
